The Federal American Grill is a Houston-based restaurant that will establish roots in the Valley this year. It will be joining the roster at the Scottsdale 101 Shopping Center this fall, having recently secured the 7,600 square-foot space that was formerly Denny’s and The Elephant Bar before that.

This will be the fourth location for Federal American Grill, which started in 2013.
The 9,000-square-foot restaurant will undergo an extensive set of renovations to match the look and feel of Federal Grill’s locations on Shepherd Drive and in Hedwig Village, including the installation of a glassed-in kitchen, private dining rooms, and an expansive patio. All told, the restaurant will seat more than 250 people. Expect an opening in the spring.
Federal American Grill is opening a location at 27700 I-45 North, Oak Ridge North, in spring 2022, according to the company.
